The company anticipates hiring directly and indirectly approximately 1,500 staff locally.

In the phase of implementation of the agricultural division, AGROERG’s goal is to carry out crop rotation in the plantation sector, with the use of mechanized harvesting.  For this, AGROERG will be conducting theoretical and practical training in this early phase.

Theoretical training will be conducted through lectures that will be given in places to be defined jointly with the administration of the towns included in the project (Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas etc.).

In the industrial division, training will include two phases: plant operation and maintenance.

Moreover, the AGROERG plant will provide an infrastructure for the well-being of its employees, including first-aid facilities, canteen, training and course facilities, childcare facilities and leisure areas among other facilities. The company will progressively extend other benefits to employees and their families as well as to neighboring communities.

• Administrative division: “well organized” and lean structure;
• Agricultural division: fully mechanized from sugar cane plantation to harvesting and rotational crops;
• Industrial division: fully automated with the operations center equipped with TV and monitors.
